I had the honor to interview Phil Dawes a few weeks ago and I wanted to share our discussion with you :-)

Phil Dawes is a consultant, advising and assisting education through collaborative change processes and data applications. Prior to consulting, he had a 32-year career in public education.

From 2014-2019 I was a Superintendent overseeing the Planning, Research, and Communications operations of the Upper Canada District School Board.
