Yet life has to go on, and our responsibilities have to be sustained.⁉️

As a mother and a business coach, I feel for many women because, in any crisis, women are the first casualty...

Shocks such as these are often felt first by women and girls as they lose their jobs, are pulled out of school, make sacrifices in what they eat, and experience higher rates of violence from their partners"

This is exactly what my clients are doing and I would like to share one story today.

The goal of this storytelling is simple to illustrate that with help, you too can have the change you want and be crisis-proof.

She was depressed about her work situation. She didn’t want to go to work, every morning it was painful to wake up. Her health was affected. She was physically ill.

She knew she needed to change jobs but was afraid…

In my fifties who would take me in?

These are the daily dialogues 💬 in Patricia’s head until she decided to seek help.

At the end of 2019, Patricia, 54, mother of two young adults, was living in a 42m² Parisian flat. She was an executive assistant in the French government and was looking for a way out of her tiring, toxic job, which caused her regular periods of burnout. She needed to create a bright and healthy future.

So, we started to work together with a 3 step-process: Clarifying, Capitalizing, Planning. This is the brief to the coaching process she underwent.

By CLARIFYING 🧐 her vision to better design her career change, Patricia discovered ‌she wanted to do more than just change her job, she literally wanted to change her life. This meant changing the grey of Paris,🥖🥐 to the blue of the sea.🌊

It was a physical transfer of residence for her.

We continued to work on CAPITALISING on her strengths, her skills, her competencies, and values to design the business that suits her best. Patricia is multi-talented and always ready to learn new skills… (Aha I know you are too!)

She has an incredible network🔗 and is generous in her relationships, always ready to help, so we leveraged her digital assets ⛓️ as well.

We developed a PLAN of action and for one year, meeting once or twice a month, we narrowed down her vision and used her strengths to find solutions. (It was a guided approach with real accountability calls)

Patricia learned about different affiliate markets. She found a solution to live by the sea. She found out the best way to quit her job and sell her flat in the middle of the pandemic.

She continued to develop her knowledge in psychology and health.

She started to create simple passive income streams to support her career change and to be financially stable.💸

Besides this, she opened her well-being business (physical, psychological, and financial well-being).💎

Since November 2020, Patricia has been living in a house by the sea and has set up her company. She

has already helped over 30 people to take ownership of their well-being... And she enjoys her almost daily walks on the beach. 🚶‍♀️

The big lesson Patricia has learned from our sessions and her journey is:
